THE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY
In addition to raising funds for a worthy cause, the PCF Legacy Softball Classic is quickly becoming the community’s favourite annual
team-building, friend-gathering event. A resounding success in its first year, the event reaches adults 25-49, primarily professionals with community interest and influence.
Additional exposure is realized through online fundraising initiatives, social media activity and other networking from players and participants.
Four Diamond Sponsors and one Food & Beverage Sponsor will have the opportunity to reach these players, their networks and the broader community by securing a presence at this year’s tournament. In exchange for a $3,000 investment, the Peninsula Community Foundation is pleased to provide significant marketing value to each sponsor by offering the following:
- Logo featured on the fundraising portal site
- Name listed as a sponsor on the PCF website for one year
- Name listed in social media posts
- Event signage
- Name mentions at the event
- One complimentary team entry
ABOUT THE PCF
The Peninsula Community Foundation (PCF) has been supporting local initiatives in South Surrey-White Rock communities since 1998. Governed by a volunteer board dedicated to improving the lives of local residents, the PCF has raised more than $1 million for several charitable organizations.
Last year, all proceeds went to the BC chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant the wishes of two South Surrey children battling critical illnesses. Previous programs that have benefitted from our work include KidSport Surrey and the Peace Arch Foundation. We’ve also been involved in numerous scholarships that supported the participation of local youth in sporting and cultural activities.
