BEFORE YOU APPLY
Before applying, please ensure that your organization meets our eligibility criteria. We prioritize organizations based in the South Surrey/White Rock region that align with our mission and focus areas.

At PCF, we have identified specific focus areas where we believe our support can have a significant impact. Familiarize yourself with these areas to determine if your project or program aligns with our priorities. Our priorities are:

Request Amount Limits
Requested amount between $500 – $2500
Documentation Requirments
- Proposal to include:
- name of organization
- contact info
- how did you hear about PCF grants
- name of project
- amount requested
- detailed summary
- objectives
- benefits
- how success will be measured
- plans to ensure sustainability
- how the project will be implemented
- timeline
- how PCF will be acknowledged if funds received
- Budget
- Other supporting documents (optional)
Grant Restrictions
- Budget does not include salary or overhead costs. (program specific staff wages eligible)
- Funds must be used within 1 year of granting

- email budget and other documents to info@pcfoundation.ca
REVIEW PROCESS
Applications will be formally reviewed by the PCF Board. Applicants may be asked to answer additional questions about their applications. Usual turn around time is 30-45 days from application to grant decision (unless additional answers are required).
